Excelente curso para aprender el desarrollo web desde cero con los lenguajes de HTML,CSS, JavaScript y lo que mas me gusto fueron los laboratorios practicos.

Muchas Gracias a IBM y Coursera.

Great introduction course. I especially liked that the final graded assignment required self-learning and research since many topics were not covered in the course itself. That was interesting.

Nothing within the course really covers what you are supposed to apply for the final project. Everything that is covered, within the course, is a very high overview with not much in-depth.

The course has too much theory and very little amount of guided, rated, or prepared activities so you can practice and develop the theory and concepts. I left disappointed

The skills are very superficially covered. The way of uploading the final project and the platform employed are very unefficient.

I'm not sure if the coursera courses actually teach hands on how to build a website and how to code in different languages for actually building a website or if it is all just learning what languages really programmers use for front-end and back-end development. I went through the first module of cloud application and "Introduction to Web Development with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, but it didn't start to teach any hands on web development. I don't feel that I want to pay to upgrade if I am not going to be able to build my own website. I wish I knew if all the other modules are similar to the first module where my own hands on activity is drag and drop languages into front-end or back-end or if it will teach me the ability to build my own website.

It is one of the most Useless courses, especially for beginners. if you are in your beginning stage don't take this course. This course needs to be updated and teach more about the latest javascript concepts. they do not teach you any modern concepts. and because of this, you are going to waste your time. They have covered all loops(including for and while), and functions in a 6-minute video. the method for submitting the Final Project is through ScreenShot. Can you Imagine a company like IBM taking a screenshot of your website to judge it?

It is so disappointing that IBM blocked Chinese students from using the lab; this is racialism, but the Chinese cannot be stopped from progressing.
