Capstone: Applying Project Management in the Real World
You made it! Applying Project Management in the Real World is the final course in the Google Project Management program. In this capstone course, you will practice applying the project management knowledge and skills you have learned so far. No previous experience is necessary. By the end of this course, you will be able to: - Analyze project documents to identify project requirements and evaluate stakeholders. - Complete a project charter and use it as a tool to align project scope and goals among stakeholders. - Identify tasks and milestones and document and prioritize them in a project plan. - Define quality management standards and explore how to effectively share qualitative data. - Demonstrate your project’s impact through effective reporting. Google employees who currently work in the field will guide you, providing hands-on activities and examples that simulate common project management tasks while showing you some of the best tools and resources used on the job.

The applied concepts, techniques and hands-on experience I gained are so spectacular! But I found it slightly hard to go through all of these reading materials to complete the required assignments.

I have several certifications in project management, but it you are just starting out this was the most comprehensive and dealt with subject material in a similar way to an actual job. Great course.

very comprehensive course with a lot of hands on and assignment to do. I could rate it 5 if the assignment graded by instructors but it get graded by other fellow learner who use wide range metric.

is a great course to get your feet wet in Project Management. This is not the same level as a PMP cert but will give you an overview of what you need to understand what people are referring to.

I completed this while studying for my PMP. While they are different , this was a nice intro into project management. I really enjoyed the quizzes and the assignments. All in all a very nice course.
