This is the worst course I have seen on Coursera so far. So many issues: 1. Instructions are not clear. The trainer starts with one case and then suddenly jumps to another without explanation. The information she provided for the second case - is just one sentence, which isn't enough to fill the questionnaire that was provided. Are we supposed to just make up the information? 2. Why was there a remote computer in the lab is not known to anyone. You can't actually use it. All it does is shows the same document all along the course, so what's the point? 3. The end result to-be process doesn't seem to fit the case. Why would you add an assessment and several rounds of interviews to hire yoga teachers? Doesn't make any sense. Since when do yoga teachers pass the exams to get the job? The process might be suitable for office employees but seems irrelevant for the yoga studio. 4. The entire course is poorly structured, terribly put together, and horrifically delivered with monotonous voice and several audio glitches and background sounds. 5. The course's title is not aligned with its content. The better title would be - How to use Lucidchart, but it definitely doesn't teach anything about business processes or BPM. It was a complete waste of time. 6. The quiz tests you on information that was not provided or clearly stated in the course.

This is an especially poor course in every respect, and I find it hard to believe the majority of reviews here can be genuine. As I write the average score is 4.4, which just beggars belief. The demonstrations are incredibly rushed, with the instructor barrelling through a script that they are obviously reading verbatim in an unengaging monotonic voice. The explanations are so cursory as to be confusing, and made even worse by random jump cuts in the video. And not only is the audio quality poor, you can even hear other voices in the background at times.

She speaks way too fast and doesn't provide an overview of what is happening and this is more like an in-house training than a training video for someone who is trying to learn to be a BA. The files also don't seem to be complete, so it's hard to understand what she is talking about.

Experiencing multiple issues in the browser version, cannot scroll and complete assignment on Rhyme.

I am using Mozilla Firefox.

Videos run smoothly but projects that require an external site are completely inaccessible, please fix this issue immediately

The guided project seems to have a problem. When I tried to open the link, it showed session ended. If this course works only on a desktop then unfortunately most subcribers/users of coursera may not have one to use.

This does not cover the core concepts of business analysis and process management. Even the flow chart designing exercise is basic and does not cover all the useful diagrams used in business analysis.

Please I can't do this course ....it is shown I purchased a certificate for this course so can't be unenrolled... I actuall I didn't buy certificate for this course .then why this is showing .

It doesnt work... Not all the components of this class or its modules work correctly. Which is a bummer. Coursera looses a lot of users and credibility this way. Shucks..

very bad , u promise me to provide certificate once i passed my exam... but after all the hustle i could not able to see my certificate .......

I have no access to the yoga case which has to be analysed. There is not even a link to the yoga case. very disappointing

this Rhyme thing is absolutely not user-friendly, coudln't go further than instructions.
