From this course I learned multiple skills, the skill of developing team culture, navigating growth and change in teams, facilitating psychological well-being, managing motivation and participation.. This was a fascinating class. I never really paid attention to organizational culture or its importance until I took this course.

I loved this course, it shared so many details on how to treat various cultural norms, values, and beliefs.

It's completely useful for everyone to have an overview about the culture matter of team or organization.

This was a truly exceptional course it was very practical and dealt with the challenges that management grapple with the takeaways are immense, it is impowering the tools and approaches. I especially appreciated the presentation of the material the discussion prompts, writing assignment and case analysis with evaluation briefs were very helpful.

I really enjoyed the course. The quality of videos and reading material is high, the language easy to understand and it is interesting to hear the practical perspective from all the people interviewed. A lot of the presented information was rather intuitive for me and it is great to now be able to identify the strategies behind better.

This Leadership course covered all what i wanted to learn or enhance my skills on. Very well explained by the prof and easy content to understand. What i enjoyed the must are the case studies, the examples given are exciting to study and explore, you will be applying the content covered here in a very efficient way.

I thought this course was very well structured and the information immediately applicable. The instructor is clear and I enjoyed the examples he used to reinforce concepts. This is the first course I've taken toward the iMBA program and I hope the other classes are as informative and interesting as this one.

This was a fantastic course to teach the nuance of everyday leadership. I will implement the principles, skills and tactics taught here to be a better leader. The case studies were a pivotal part of reinforcing what was learned. They allowed you to experience what was learned and collaborate with fellow classmates to enable you to view things in a different perspective. This was a very great learning experience.

I really liked how this course is applicable in real life with great impact. I took this course and applied most of the ideas and thoughts discussed here before I write my review, and it has a great impact in everyday leadership. Strongly recommended.

This has been my favorite course so far in the Strategic Leadership & Management Coursera Specialization at the University of Illinois. There was a lot of good material covered in this course, most of it very applicable and relevant to my current job.

I personally like the way the course is put together. With all the resources to get information from it feels like I need everything to get through the course right here. I do see a weakness in the grading process, especially the written submissions.

This course is taught by subject matter experts. I find teamwork and collaboration material to be extremely beneficial. The experts, the way the material is delivered, the material is informative, and well planned are the advantages of this course.
