This course throws light on various methods of negotiations, behaviour and traits of a negotiators, how to start and end a negotiation and judge the success of negotiation at the end. This course is very well paced. The videos are also supported with resource materials really helps in better understanding and making notes. It covers all practical aspects and also includes a case study and peer review assignement. I really liked the course and it really made me to better understand the nuances of negotiation.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to learn and the reading material offered, I will definitely read it all! The only suggestion I have is better organization in the delivery of the information. This course was rather hard to follow but still achievable if I re watched or re read all of the information. Great course! Could be easier to comprehend if better organized. Thank you so much for taking the time to put it together!

The material is comprehensive and the presentation stimulates learning and is very clear.

I highly recommend this course to both colleagues collaborators and including counterparts in the negotiation process.

Very interesting indeed!

Not worth the cost and time. Poorly constructed, rambling instructor, lectures did not relate to the quizzes, lecture slides contained limited info, a very difficult course for visual learnings as there were few, if any, visuals. **8 hour wait between quiz attempts! And no in lecture practice/tests of knowledge nor prompts to aid learning along the way. **No discussion forums, so you cannot discuss and ask for help from other students.

Am not enjoying it at all: 1. Lacking important details in writing (even in school, important details are always noted by writing), so if you're a visual learner, you will not enjoy it as well.

2. 9 questions in the review instead of usual 10 (probably to have you fail easier)

3. 1 test attempt in 8 hours

4. Amateur quality in presentation

It's frustrating and feels like a waste of time. Not continuing.

This course offered nothing significant or new to anyone who has spent any time around business or government negotiations. It really seems as though the instructor either assumes all of her students are completely inept or that because it is a free course that producing a reasonably viable product is not necessary.

the curriculum was not thoroughly explained. I felt as if some points were so unclear. the assessment is another issue. 75% of the questions were irrelevant, and therefor invalid. thank you

The quiz section is too irrelevant to the course material. only by trial and error to get this pass. This is the only course out of about 10 course taken in Coursera.

Very informative and useful course, however the test questions are nor realistic only for one answer, I mean that there are many alternative answers in the test that will be correct in real life. But tutor considers only one of them as correct, and that is very confusing. I think test must be realistic but not be based upon the tutor perception. Thanks

Loved the course, the quizzes are challenging and basic at the same time. I loved the way I was compelled to go back to the course because I had lost attention for a few minutes(just because I loved the way Sue Robbins explains) and not to forget the amazing and informative guest interview!

I believe that what I learned will help me not just in my business, but in how I communicate my needs and thoughts outside of professional interactions. If you're a beginner interested at all in the field of negotiation, then I cannot recommend this course enough!

I enjoyed the practical knowledge. The professor was clear and to the point. Initially I thought it would be an easy breezy class that i would not take seriously but quickly realized how serious and deep the material was. I am so glad I found the course.

It was a very interesting journey for me. I realized that this is not just a desire to achieve our own interests and goals, but it requires strategic action that has its own solid foundations to create the basis for the maximum possible result.

Great short course. Like the main points brought up. Would have been great to have some real case studies of negotiations that went well and badly to learn from. Even a reading of cases hre would have set the whole thing in context.
