The course was thorough without being too much to get a good handle on. The presentations were clear and the function of being able to take snapshots of the material will be helpful to review. Information was clearly presented and reviewed. I learned. a lot and feel I have a solid grasp on the terms, concepts and issues.

I enjoyed taking this course, it was informative. I learned things that are not discussed on TV, which makes me better prepared to keep myself, family, and community safe. I hope to be able to use this knowledge to join in doing Contact tracing Thank you for offering this course I am grateful

This was an excellent course! I had taken this through the free option as it was limited, but overall the information was effective in teaching how you may help cases, contacts, or those who may have been exposed. If you would like to pass time, learn, or pursue becoming a COVID-19 contact tracer, then this is the start!

This is a very thorough, clear, informational course that provides background on Covid-19 and explains why contact tracing is so important to stopping the spread of the virus. The course teaches how to properly trace contacts and build rapport to help support the public and hopefully cut back on the number of infections.

I do not have any plans to work as a contact tracer but I feel much more knowledgeable about the process. I am confident that knowing this may be a benefit in my job in public education. I can answer student questions with a basic understanding of COVID-19 and risks and explain why quarantine and isolation are important.

Whether or not you get involved with a contact tracing Job, this course is very educational for you, your family, friends and workmates. Emily Gurley makes it easy to understand and grasp. Overall very easy to use and work on. The quizzes and questions were good study guides. Voice of the lecturer was engaging and professional. I found the information useful as well. I do think the final module would have benefited from a few more review questions, but I overall felt the course was extremely well designed.

This course taught me everything I need to know about Covid-19. Along with the experience I have working with people, what I learned in this course gives me the confidence I need to be an effective contact tracer. I am so ready to start contacting cases encouraging them to be hopeful knowing that they have great support.

Very informative. Wasn't difficult and had it done in no time at all. I was at a plasma blood bank today and saw a man with a mask on but not over his nose. As I sat there u thought to myself, if I was close proximity of him without my mask and he came up a case than I would in up as a contact. This course was amazing.

This course is amazing and loaded with so much information. I'm glad I stumbled on this. Now I can differentiate between some COVID19 terminologies, use the right register when discussing COVID19 and above all, I can carry out effective contact tracing and help communities. Well written, easy to digest information on COVID-19 contact tracing. This information and course is a great place to start for anyone interested in the process or looking to start on a new career. I believe the information is a good foundation and the information can be applied anywhere contact tracing maybe needed.

Terrific and comprehensive course. I really appreciated that there was video, but also ability read the transcripts instead so that you could get reinforcement when needed but also go at your own pace if you are a more visual, reading focused learner. The quizzes were a great way to reinforce the most important points

It is an eye opener for an individual on how and what this covid-19 can do to the society and worse to the country? It’s good to have a background knowledge on how to respond and collect data from the case and contact to at least minimize and avoid transmitting this virus, thanks to the men and women of contact tracers!

However the only problem I have is with the Final test, I know I selected the correct answers for those marked incorrect but it appears using the up and down arrows during the test, does not secure ones answer. I am not satisfied with score even though I passed.

I do not have a prospect for a job as a contact tracer, but I thought this would provide good information in case I was hired to be one. The course was very easy to follow and I learned so much. Even if I do not get a position as a contact tracer, I am really happy to obtain this information and I got a certificate.

It not only provides a baseline that is remarkably understandable, but it embraces contact tracing from the basics of COVID-19 to the effective and successful contact tracing interaction through investigation, building rapport and ethical guidance, reinforcing listening techniques and effective/assertive communication.

The course material is well prepared. Dr. Emily Gurley presents the lectures in each video very clearly. After each video, there is a short practice quiz which tests us how much we understand the material. After completion of this course, we have a better understanding of the protocol about tracing COVID-19 contacts.

This course is very informative. I think this cousre should be mandatory which can help to educate population and lessen the spread of covid 19. Start educating from our homes is one of the best way to help educate our society.
