This course is so timely and enriching. My perspective on the pandemic changed and made me hopeful. I learned a lot from it and has given me knowledge not just about the virus but also how to deliver effective communication which can be used in one's profession or daily lives.

Acquired new knowledge about COVID-19. The course is presented well in a manner that can be easily learned and understand. The video samples of conversation between the case and contact tracers gives a clear examples on dealing with interviews. Thank you for the great course.

The course was thorough and easily understandable. It was helpful to have both video to watch and listen to, and text to read. Having a variety of information delivery methods helps to absorb and retain the information. I would say that this course is serving the public good.

This course was extremely informative and will be a wonderful resource to add to my career credentials. The way the information was presented was very easy to follow and the quizzes asked relevant questions that pertained to the instruction that was presented in the modules.

Very informative. Even if I don't become a Contract Tracer the information gained helps me understand the process and basic instructions to keep myself and community safe. I've also become aware of the need to be able to re-trace my own activities and contacts, if necessary.

I really enjoyed this course. It was all put together very well and made easy to understand. I also enjoyed the videos that was added as an example on how the phone calls as a contact trace may look like. It was a great way of showing the proper way of dealing with the calls.

A very interesting course indeed. The Instructor, videos and course work, very very clear and precise. It truly enhances Ones ability on how to effectively communicate with people who have been diagnosed with any potential virus. And to at least minimize the spread of such.

Easy to hear narration by the doctor. Very clearly stated terms, processes and excellent video sample of interviews with cases.

When doing the course on my cell phone there was a way to copy course text into a Notes section. I waited to add notes until my review but couldn't.

This course was very clear and easy to follow. It taught me so much about how to establish a good rapport with your cases and contacts. The scientific part of it was also very interesting and informative. It made me realize how important contact tracing is in our communities.

This course offered a lot of good information. From defining different terms associated with the virus to providing in depth examples of how long someone should be isolated or quarantined as well as how to have conversations with those you are trying to trace their contacts.

Very informative course, with detailed information. The modules are well set up for adult learners, with access to audio and visual information and can be accessed as many times as needed throughout the course, if needed for additional review. I highly recommend this course!
