Great course to improve one's confidence in navigating communication skills within a professional context. I was able to get a lot of tips in improving my approaches towards speech and presentation delivery.

All the instructors were excellent, the information was new but accessible, the extra reading and links were helpful, and the quizzes were able to help reinforce my learning without getting to nit-picky.
