while talking about this session we can talk about our relationship with planet / earth / rain /sunshine/clouds/ our senses more ,labour of the farmer , transporters who transported the food to the supermarket and from there to our plate. May be I can discuss more with you ..

I appreciate the simplicity that Maya demonstrates to help us work out our relationship with food. She explains it so well; how to enjoy eating and get the much-needed nutrition without many complications.
