I'm an experienced software engineer, and I'm pleasantly surprised how great this course is at removing the unnecessary parts to present what is needed to work as an engineer in an organization

Overall best course and the way instructors teach or engaged us is literally well and good every single concept is clear from basic, and assignments are also good for practice. Quality course.

Good for start, but mostly a lot of bla-bla and less practice. The course will give you some knowledge but again without practice you forget a half of what you have just watched

Too many new concepts for such a short time. I do not think it is possible to someone with no previous experience in programming to complete the course within the alloted time.

Boring. Really weird definitions of "functional" programming. A lot of useless content that doesn't really add any value to those interested in learning FE.

The evaluations of the projects are awful, I've been trying to pass many times and yet I don't know where's the error.

I thought this was a really difficult section. They threw a lot of information in especially in week 3.

This course is very much less about javascript itself and it provides less high level javascript.

The "Arrays and Object Iteration" assignment was too finicky and the feedback for it was bad.

I would have liked more time focusing on the fundamentals like arrays, manipulating the dom, event listeners and the bare bones basics that you would use when building a webpage. Module 3 jumps into advanced javascript out of nowhere, then proceeds to talk about JSON, NPM and testing. It was simply too much information to take in all at once, and this course should probably be split into 2. with more focus on practical examples of the BASICS that are covered in module 1 and 2. That was a really challenging course, and i didn't enjoy it anywhere near as much as the HTML & CSS lessons.

This course has been particularly hard for me to get through because it skips information between classes. You go from getting a small, basic introduction to something to the next lesson being 10 steps ahead. It forces me to leave the site and move to a different platform to learn what was missed in the previous video. That leaves me unmotivated to stick to this course and I think I might have to leave the course entirely because I am struggling to learn when there are gaps of information in between every session.

"I'm disappointed with this web development course, giving it a 2-star rating. The abundance of bugs, particularly in week 4's module quiz, is frustrating; correct answers are marked wrong. Despite multiple reports over 6 months, these issues remain unresolved. Furthermore, crucial topics are inadequately explained, falling short of real-life application. It's marketed as beginner-friendly, but lacks depth and examples, making it unsuitable for true beginners."

In my opinion, the course lacked significant emphasis on the "JavaScript in Browser" portion.

They only covered the console.log() function and failed to teach other commonly utilized functions like alert.

Moreover, the course spanned a considerable duration, but the value it provided did not match the amount of time invested. Numerous crucial topics were not explored thoroughly.
