The course is really interesting. Prof. Laurie Santos actually made it so simple to learn the basics about how a human mind works. The course also teaches us different strategies to practice that contribute to our overall well-being.

The course was really great, I got so many new insights! The only thing I did not like was that other students graded my assignment since one of them wrote really stupid stuff and just wanted to show off and so I had to do it again.

It is a highly recommended course. I just have to say that it really changed my life and made me do a deep introspection about my life and if I was really happy. My life in these 10 weeks has changed in a way that I did not imagine.
