The course taught me 3 things: 1. I understood that well-being seeks. 2. That well-being produce satisfactions and that all these bring a happy life. 3. That happiness is in me and depends on me.

I enjoyed it. I learned a lot. I am especially aware of not always listening to my mind. It has helped a lot in these times of Covid. I found as a 68 year old the navigation of the site a bit tricky but I did it.

This class should be a prerequisite for EVERY human to take at some point (earlier than later, though). In doing so, I think people would learn to value the things they can't see instead of the things they can hold.
