This is the perfect course to take while in the midst of a pandemic. Understanding how to overcome hedonic adaptation was especially helpful to me, as well as the wellbeing rewirement exercise.

This course is wonderful! I recommend finding a group of people (at least one other person) to take the course with so you can have a support/discussion group to work through the content with.
