The presenter was excellent. Great overview of active listening. The background videos were not always relevant to the spoken content. Another improvement might be to suggest some role play scenarios students can do between each module. In any case, I recommend the course.

I was on the fence for awhile on this course but boy am I glad that I stuck with it; I have literally observed the advantages of taking this course in real-time while engaging in conversation with people. This course is wonderful.

Good to learn active listening skills which is very crucial part of all communications and discussions on day to day basis. Thanks!!!

I enjoyed learning about this topic. This could have been a 30 minute course instead of a 90 minute one. a lot of the material sounded repetitive and the quiz and final assessments were not challenges.

Accurate and wholistic course content. However, I was expecting more of real-life examples instead of situations showing general cases.

Good course on understanding how active listening helps, But little talk on how to improve on Active listening.
