It was a wonderful learning experience. I have gotten to know more about Excel in detail and It has been very helpful for me to learn all the new shortcuts and many more functions in Excel.

The course is good in general, it teaches you basic and advanced functions however, there are many aspects to improve.

Sometimes the videos have too much information and too fast, many functions are exclusive of the latest version and you can not do those practices with the online version of Excel.

I also experimented some issues with the platform some of the videos were not marked as "watched" and some quizzes were blank.

Although I know Microsoft is a technological company and their main focus is on productivity and data, I cannot ignore the fact that this course lacks a better pedagogy and warmer human touch, I completed the course and I never knew the moderators' name of the course.

While I understand this is an introduction to Microsoft Excel with basic instructions, there could have been more (optional) practice work with formulas and functions. I am not good at remembering formulas and when to apply them, so I found it very frustrating when the quizzes would throw in a formula question and ask me if the formula was correct. Just giving a long text page listing formulas is not the best way for me to learn and I would imagine others would also find it difficult. The formatting, table use, and importing data sections were easier to understand and I will have no problems using those aspects of Excel.

hubo ejercicios donde las formulas a usar estaban en ingles me fue necesario usar un traductor externo y son algo confusos los videos, seria mejor si tuvieran un hispanohablante explicando el tema

_ Some video presentations were stuffed with info given at too high speed.

_ Several features are not available (yet?) in the online version of Excel, which I prefer to use.

It was a good intro to excel, however if you are a mac user note that all course materials instruct for the windows version. Additionally, due to the limited format of quizzes, they stooped to silly questions such as is it in the open dialog box or the open dialog view box with simple pedantic differences.

Well mad course but peer review simply doesn't work as people just grade work a 0 without reading it.

Absolutely disgusting website, They won't allow you to download the Certificate in the Trial period even if you've completed the course. Very Bad experience with Coursera. They should've mentioned this trap before enrolling someone, Although I've submitted credit card details, but still this Sh*t is happening. Will never recommend this website.

The course was professional, and overall, not lacking much. But I believe the guidelines could be delivered more simply, especially regarding absolute reference. Certain complex topics were quite challenging therefore I urge the Microsoft team to consider this aspect in a positive light.

many thanks,

Not good. All of the assignments are riddled with mistakes; the transcriptions at the bottom of videos are inaccurate; and even some of the quiz answers were wrong. If you are going to charge for this, perhaps you can AT LEAST keep it updated.
