This course is a very good start to understand a lot of what has happened before we even started to think about AI. it is very good to have the basis and understanding of this course to build on.

While the course content and information were interesting, I found it necessary to mute the videos and rely on the transcripts due to the poor English skills of the lecturers and interviewees. The videos contained numerous grammar mistakes, which made it difficult to focus on the actual topics. I ended up skimming the transcripts because the frequent errors were distracting. It is surprising and disappointing to see that university professors and interviewees, who are supposed to be experts in their fields, have such poor English skills in a course of this nature.

This course has aged well. While it provides a solid basic introduction to AI, it needs updating to include current breakthroughs in Generative AI. The most valuable takeaway is its ethical and human-centered approach, covering everything from human rights to sustainability, hat tip on that. However, the heavy focus on Swedish studies and surveys can be a turn-off for unrelated learners.

Good information contained in certain sections. It is however dated back to 2020, before LLM were prevalent. I'd suggest doing the free version, no certificate and spend a day watching videos and then move on to a more updated course.
