I actually have some experiences in IT so doing the course was very easy for me, but the content is awesome. It will be really beneficial for a beginner. I am looking forward to complete next courses!

This course is great if you have no idea what to expect as IT support. However there is so much more to learn so I recommend taking the other courses as well this just covers the basics

very helpful, the only part of the course i didn't like was the virtual computer assembly, had i not done it before i would have been confused, it was also difficult to tell what was what.
