Very informative and important information that needs to be made more publicly available. There is a need to apply this to local contexts, such as here in the Philippines. I hope that this information and course can be shared with our Department of Health with modifications made to address local context needs while still keeping best practices.

The course had all the elements that you would expect it to cover concerning contact tracing in Covid-19. The examples and the videos used throughout the course made the understanding of the core concepts really clear and simple. I have managed to broaden my knowledge of the characteristics and epidemiological aspects of the Covid-19 infection.

Well developed course with valuable information. I learned a lot about the importance of contact tracing to overcome the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Even thought I won't become a contact tracer, I believe I can discuss the disease, the good reasons to Isolate or Quarantine as needed, and to answer questions posed by Public Health Officials.

This course was extremely informative and eye opening. I learned a great amount about how Covid-19 is spread and how to effectively contact and inform those infected or those who may have been exposed to the virus. I learned the instructions to administer to cases and contacts in order to protect the public and stop the spread of the virus.

The course was very thorough and informative. The subject matter was easy to follow, and left ample time to take notes and review the information before taking any of the quizzes. The videos gave a real-life perspective on the material. and helped you to visual the scenarios and how they could potentially play out. Overall an excellent course.

Enjoyed COVID-19 Contact Tracing Course

I enjoyed COVID-19 Contact Tracing course by Johns Hopkins University. This is my 2nd course enrollment with JHU. The professor was superb and explained the content clear and simple. The video scenarios, do's and don'ts were effective and brilliant. The actors and actresses did good job too. Thank you!

This Coursera help the health service and the government to understand the fasties way of contact tracing the case. It help to investigate the case to their contacts. This help to prevent minimize the spread the covid 2 that spreading disease illness that cause dead to people. It help the people to not be afraid to go quarantine or isolation.

This was a well paced, informational course. It presented science based information in a simple and non-aggressive way. This course gave you wonderful tools to use in the future, not just in contact tracing but in all fields with customer service. Highly recommend this course to anyone in a managerial role during this fluid moment in History.

This is a great course for the general population knowledge considering the present pandemic crisis that is and will probably be our every day reality for a while indefinitely until a viable cure or vaccine is produced. Very helpful to ease up the nerves and educate people on how to evaluate and prevent the propagation of this deadly disease.

The contact tracing course was very informative in all aspects. During this course I learned how to determine the difference between the case and contacts, how to ask the questions needed to find out critical questions about their symptoms, their recent contacts and how to use rapport in obtaining pertinent information regarding the virus.

This course really help in technically understanding COVID-19. I am a pharmacist, and trying to help my community and colleagues in coping with the pandemic. This course has helped me to clear my concepts and basic understanding of the disease. I highly recommend this course to my peers and healthcare professional helping us to win this war.

Excellent introduction and overview of COVID-19 origin, transmission, diagnosis, testing and contact tracing. The six steps for investigation and effective communication were similar to the method I learned for professional customer service in a contact center. I appreciated the inclusion of ethics and technology topics in the course content.
