The course was very well organized and easy to follow. Sections were of good length so as to not have to spend too much time at one sitting. I did not feel that there was a good gauge showing how much progress I had made in the course and how much more there was to go.

Very awesome. However I know the free courses are a different ball game but can you remove off the certificate that its not certified.

Very user friendly. The content is relevant and practical and Emily makes it easy to understand. I like that you can take a break and resume where you left off. The quizzes are helpful because then you do not forgot everything by the time you make it through to the final.

very elaborate and simplified . the course instructor has took so much care at every step to make learner understand the pyschologicaland emotional side of contact tracing. impressed . it was great learning experience from John Hopkins , DR.Emily and team , and coursera.

It was very informative and easy to understand. The lessons were clear, systematic and direct to point. It is good that they included role playing in the module to provide entertainment, and for people to see the actual interaction between the contact tracer and the case.

This is a very organized course taught by experts in the field. There is ample opportunity to interact with the training and many clear and easy to grasp examples, case scenarios and role plays. I highly recommend this course to obtain your contact tracing certification.

This was a very interesting and easy to understand course. As someone who has never taken college classes before, let alone an online course, this was very simple and easy to understand with resources to help aid me in the ways I may best learn and understand the content.

The course is very thorough in its presentation of what is needed to be an effective contact tracer, use effective communication and organizational skills to assist cases and contacts in slowing the spread of the disease, and in understanding what is needed at each stage.

Course explained Covid 19, need for isolation and quarantine for those testing positive and those who they might have infected. Great videos, quizzes and final, stayed true to course with no trick questions. Option of retaking any quiz included correct answers and why.

This course was helpful in learning the processes of COVID tracing. The modules are insightful and well thought out. My only issue is why was "Drew" always the bad caller? Other than that, I would recommend this training to everyone who wants to help combat this virus.

This was a good training very thorough, I like that most of the videos were 10 mins or less, as I don't have a long attention span so that works great for me as the reader. I enjoyed the narrator of the lessons her voice was not boring and kept my attention to the topics.

Good introduction to COV-19 and contact tracing. I think in practice it will be more complex dealing with cases who are frustrated and frightened with the disease and might be reluctant to provide contacts. That said, the tips to allay fear and build trust were helpful.

This was an extremely well put together and comprehensive class for contact tracing. I feel like I have the basics down and I gained enough information to let me know if I would enjoy the job! And I would! Thank you for making this a free class. I appreciate it very much.

Filled with tons of direct information that is easy to understand and well-narrated. The quizzes after each module help ensure that the learner accurately absorbed the info. After completing this course, I feel very well prepared to start contact tracing with confidence.
