Easy to follow and comprehend. I feel that I may actually be ADD, but between the audio and video portions being laid out in short clips, it was very clear and not difficult to follow. It was as comprehensive as it could be with the information we have currently

Excellent course. I highly recommend this as it clearly and concisely takes you through "contact tracing". The definitions, diagrams & examples were so helpful. My understanding of this virus, the process & what is the true end result was beyond what I expected.

This course was amazing. It helped me to have a basic knowledge about COVID-19 and COVID-19 contact tracing. I feel like, I can be a contact tracer and stop the SARS-CoV-2 transmission. I want to say thanks to instructor and those who contributed to the course.

The course is well structured and very easy to understand. It provides a good overview of Covid-19, how the disease comes about to the infection risk, the importance of contact tracing, and how it can be conducted effectively to reduce the disease transmission.

This course provided me with much more information then I actually knew this is a very useful tool if each and every person would use this even if they did not wish to be a contact tracer they would still learn which would in turn reduce covid-19 by default. 😏

This course was very informative. I really learned a lot of things I did not know about Covid-19. The coursework and the readings were very helpful. I found the live videos to be a bit entertaining. They also provided great training on how to handle calls.

I appreciate the background information about covid before the actual training on contact tracing. The background on contact tracing was also very informative. It's nice to be in the tracers shoes and see all they have to deal with and are taught to deal with.

This course is well done and does a great job to clearly discuss contact tracing, The nuances that may happen during your contact tracing. And how do deal with a complex person or difficult situation that may need diffusion or calming. Overall a great course.

well written. difficult in some areas but necessarily so in order to ensure that the information is solidly learned. This is the second contact tracing course that I have taken and this one was must more comprehensive and offered a great deal more information.

The course overall was very clear and very informative. I feel like I have a much better understanding of not only contact tracing, but also SARS-CoV-2 and the COVID-19. If I have one suggestion, it may be to add some more questions at the end of each section.

I really enjoyed this course! It was simple to watch the videos which focused on main points that would be on the test. They used effective methods to learn and kept a good steady paste. I strongly believe anyone can do this course. I definitely recommend it!
