This was a helpful instructional course and overview of contact tracing. There are certainly principles that can readily be applied to become an effective contact tracer. This is a challenging role, and some of these things have been addressed.

A suggestion re the app on COVID 19 contact tracing: if someone was a disgruntled person - fired/laid off from job, angry with someone... they could falsely say they have COVID 19 to have others who were in contact with them unduly quarantined.

I was pleasantly surprised with how easy this course made learning such an essential skill. All core concepts are broken down into small, easy to understand lessons. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get into the field of contact tracing.

great course. learned so much about covid, but also on effective communication skills. These skills can be applied to other areas of life, which is a bonus. The videos and examples are clear and very easy to understand and implement in practice.

I thought this was an excellent course and would very much like to do this work, for which I believe I am well suited. Regardless of whether I get a job as a contact tracer or not, the time spent learning about this was well worth it. Thank you!
