Extremely helpful and concise. I felt I could understand and participate in the right places. I did reach an issue where one of my first practice quizzes was in a different language and I could not take it for a couple of weeks.

It has covered topics that were skipped in my search of Performance and getting the most out of the current Work environment. It is the first of many Courses I recommend to all ICT Pioneers.

I submit that this first course of the 5 course series in Google IT Support Specialist course has been a really really great learning experience for me and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to begin a career in IT Support

It was very rewarding. All the basics are taught well in short videos and it was very easy to understand. There are even notes that can be taken from the video so that that you can refer in case you missed what they were saying.

This was a great introduction to tech support course. I've been self-studying for a year. This course help me plug in some areas I missed or didn't fully understand. I enjoyed it and now making it a requirement for my teenagers.

The course provides a good knowledge for anyone that wants to begin a career in IT support in a simplify and easy to understand approach. It provides real live scenario to help students better appreciate the various IT concepts.

Its so far being interpret very nicely and made the viewer(me) more interested in a subject i never thought i would have interest in. I am beginning to love computers and their parts and all the amazing things a computer can do.
