Such a wide diversity of topics presented by a wide diversity of teachers. Right level of information, quantitative and qualitative, for an introductory course.

As a veterinarian, I found this course intermediate. It could have been more advanced. The statistics need to be updated as these are only till 2013. But, I will still recommend this to veterinarians as it helps understand the various trends and constraints in animal farms.

Mostly based on US food system and regulations in particular, rather than on "Feeding the World". US system is the most advanced though, and it gave some insight into it. No reading material or external sources used. 4.5/5, 7-8/10

Excelente curso, muy completo. Quizás hacerlo un poco mas didáctico, dado que tiende a ser tedioso.
