The information was good. I did notice a couple of questions that, when answered wrong, had really weird stuff pop up in response. I wish I'd written them down. I really struggled with following the videos though because of the pacing. It's very obvious that a Text-to-Speech program was used to narrate them, and it didn't really take time to pause or inflect in ways that made it easy to follow without closed captioning. I recommend hiring a human voice actor instead; a company as big as IBM absolutely has the budget for it, and we humans are a lot more engaging. Like Michelle Sanchez from the Intro to IT Support videos! She was really charismatic and I looked forward to hearing her talk every time and she isn't even an actor (unless there was something she wasn't telling us...)

Some of the test questions aren't entirely clear. One question in particular, is asking about OSes, but has a hardware device as one of the correct answers. That is the case for all of these courses. Some questions looking for one answer, has two that could be the answer. One is the right answer, but the answer it's looking for is not that answer. I can't be more specific than that, without giving away too much information.

The lecture's were a bit boring and hard to complete as we did not have a live teacher, it was all slides which is boring after a particular period of time
