Apply yourself to these terms and concepts and you will gain knowledge that is presented in a very understandable way. Watch and rewatch the course videos and I promise it will all start making sense!

Great overview of the technical aspects of networking that, once again, started from the very "I know nothing basics" and moved to more advanced topics at a rate that this beginner could keep up with.

There was a lot of good information and I learned a lot. I only whish that there was more application activities so I could apply what I learned in the lessons. I think that would help those of us who learn better by doing.

Some of the more technical explanations were a little difficult to understand and could have been explained in a more user friendly fashion, otherwise great course and very informative as to the complexities of the internet.

I wish I could had the opportunity to practice with hands on labs. Since the information of this course is very complex it is important to give the opportunity to the learner dto practice while they are learning new concepts

super extensively, a lots of info.. only issue, in my expirience is that we dont have ''this is important, write it down'' part, so when i fail my exam, i need to go trough all, all over again and its taking time and energy

Week 2 and 3 were extremely difficult because of the technical content, and I sometimes found it easier to pause the video and read the text material instead. More visuals would have facilitated understanding of the content

I liked the course a lot, I would have liked maybe a bit more information about subnetting, and subnet masks in particular, otherwise everything was very well explained and I appreciate all the diagrams, they do help a lot.

Networking is a tough subject, which this course addresses pretty well. I wouldn't use it as a sole example however, as I'd recommend you use some outside sources to help understanding the beast that is computer networking.

For the most part this was pretty well explained but I would definitely recommend reading a lot of supplemental material along with it. Especially if you are planning on focusing more on networking in the future like I am.

Only thing I wanted was more hands-on approach to utilizing some of tools. Much like how the previous section logged you into a virtual server to test yourself, the networking section would be amazing if utilized that way

The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking is a great experience and part of what makes it great is the exceptionality of the Lecturer. I have an interest in Computer Networking and this course filled all my expectations.

It is solid but the one draw back are the "trick" questions. It's better to be straightforward rather than try to one-up because all that does is leave me confused or without knowing the right information unquestionably.

I believe there must be some labs to do routing or command line testings for network troubleshoot. Very less information regarding practical. Cloud networking implementation example should have been given as well. Thanks

The information was great. I learned a lot of valuable IT information. I just do not like the peer review grade as much, because I feel as if I have to wait for someone to grade my work, before I can complete the course.

I feel there were opportunities to go more in-depth with specific examples, but overall I feel like I have a good general understanding of how computer networks function and could explain those concepts to a layperson.

The quizzes were hard, I had to go over the material several times. It helped to read up on the material outside of the course. They don't exactly emphasize what material is going to be on a quiz, but I did learn a lot.

Far superior instruction and education compared to Technical Support Fundamentals. Docked a star as one or two of the quizzes require reading outside of the class material. Linux sysops will still find this easy though.

Some more graphics and key terms would have improved the course. The random tidbits that you are quizzed on got a little annoying but overall I feel like it was a fair assessment of the material covered in this course.

Difficult, but pretty well explained. The only problem is there are quiz questions that aren't directly answered but very much read between the lines of the videos kind of deal. Overall, pretty great experience though.

Honestly, I had a really hard time focusing on these videos. They seemed especially dull. However, once I realized I could read along and discovered I could even highlight notes, I absorbed the information much better.

An excellent primer in TCP/IP protocols and the basics of how networking and the internet work. Some of the quiz modules are a little wonky but overall the subject matter is presented in an easy to understand fashion.

A lot of information to digest. I kinda feel like some of it stuck while some of it didn't. I'd like to see more application units as they help tie the theory to the use in a job setting. Otherwise, really good stuff!

This was definitely a difficult topic. There is so much to networking but focusing and putting in the time really paid off. My head did spin a few times but doing some extra searching and reading help set it straight,

The course is good I am very pleased by the opportunity to learn from it, but could provide more pratical exercise due its complexity, like to simulate network topology in order to imitate computer network , Cheers
