Muy buen curso, enfocado a una primera toma de contacto en la metodologia Agile. Sin embargo, tambien profundiza en algunos conceptos importantes, por lo que no se queda para nada corto de nformacion.

When it comes to Agile project management, it's not so easy to find materials that allow you to get hands-on experience and focus on practical considerations rather than just facts and definitions. This course from Google offers a unique way to deal with this problem by basing the entire course on a hypothetical "Green Verde" company and letting you keep up with all aspects of Agile through hands-on exercises. The course instructor also mirrors the Google way of Agile management. I would recommend this course to those who want to refresh their Agile knowledge in an application-oriented way. I would like to thank Google and the course instructors for this opportunity.

Agile promotes a collaborative team environment, where cross-functional teams work together to achieve common goals. However, it requires strong communication and a commitment to Agile principles from all team members to be effective. The role of the Product Owner and Scrum Master is crucial in guiding the team and ensuring that the project stays on track. Overall, Agile Project Management is particularly well-suited for projects with evolving requirements, providing a framework that balances structure with flexibility. It empowers teams to deliver value incrementally, making it a valuable approach in today’s fast-paced and ever-changing business environment.

Amazing course!, I am actually delighted about the great quality of this course where I had the chance to learn the foundational aspects about Agile. I loved each and every video, every single lesson, in general I loved this course from the beginning to the end, It has no waste. I want to give special thanks to the time and effort of the teacher during all the time devoted to record each and every video, I know it has a lot of work to produce every video, and it is remarkable. Thanks as well to the cameraman, and all those who participated in the developing of all the course material, this course would not be possible without all of your effort.

I really learned a lot from the course. The content was well organized and clearly presented. The instructor brought real-world examples into the content. My motivation behind taking the course was a project I was selected to participate in that will be using agile. I was only slightly aware of agile and wanted to know more about the methodology. The only downside of the course were the various videos and workshops centered on Asana. My company will use tools they already have in place. A free trial of Asana is offered, which requires entering personal information to market it to me later. So, I skipped those videos and workshops.

Indeed amazing course. I learnt a lot out of entire course. I am really amazed with the structure of the course and delivery by the faculties. It really keeps me tuned until finished. Continuous quiz in between and practical exams after every course end, really helps getting real and practial experience.

I enjoyed my learning pretty much and recommend this course to all aspring Project manager as well as experienced ones. There is lot to learn which we may not be following on day to day and in strategic planning.

Thank you so much Courseera and Google to have this course open in such a reasonable rate.

This section had a lot of information ! So much that it can help you narrow down which Agile framework could be worth taking a deeper dive into in the near future to support your career path.

Part of being a project manager is reviewing your team's work. If you really want to instill growth, confidence and establish trust within your team, I would suggest not glossing over those sections where you have the opportunity to share/provide feedback on peer assignments. Squeeze in as much practice as you can.

It's hard to get other people excited about working with you if you don't put yourself out there!

For Agile means flexibility or agility, and in project management it means the ability to move lightly and quickly and move from one state to another quickly in response to variables. In the world of project management: Ajil is a methodology (method) for managing software and non-software projects that focuses on building a product in several stages and with short periods of time, and each stage generates a product distinct from the previous one with additional characteristics. This (phased) product is a real product that the customer (customer) can interact with.

"The Agile Project Management course provides a solid introduction to Agile principles and practices. The material was engaging, with clear explanations of key Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. The course also included helpful case studies and real-world examples that made it easier to relate to actual project scenarios. However, I would have liked more interactive elements or hands-on simulations to apply the concepts in a practical setting. Overall, a very useful course for anyone new to Agile or looking to refine their project management skills."

This was a very interesting course. I have learnt many concepts and methods that should be used if you want to become an effective and efficient Project Manager. I can confidently state that I am able to identify problems and come up with solutions that will enhance any project that I manage. Agile Project Management values, principles and frameworks is well established to be applied to any industry and this is very commendable. This is a concept i will continue to practice in any Project Management task that i'm required to undertake.

Agile Project Management is a methodology that emphasizes flexibility, adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in project execution. It is particularly effective in environments where requirements are likely to change, and projects are complex or require innovation. One of the key strengths of Agile is its iterative approach, breaking projects into smaller, more manageable chunks called sprints. This allows for quicker feedback loops, early detection of issues, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements

I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to study and grasp the concepts of Agile. It has been precious and enlightening as someone with years of experience in construction projects. The exceptional teaching style and straightforward concepts blew me away! The course instructor communicated everything so clearly and with such high quality. To top it off, the guest speakers in the training program were incredibly influential in sharing their experiences. It was all so impressive! The program was also highly effective.

I really enjoyed the instructor on this course. She was incredibly detailed and still managed to make the information usable with so many real life anecdotes intertwined throughout. I also really enjoyed the integration of using Asana for some of the assignments in order to gain some good experience using that tool. I do think that it would be more helpful to have the glossary of terms for each course be part of Week 1 so that it can serve as a reference throughout without having to go back to the resources page.

[QUOTE]The second we determine a system to be “done” is the second it begins its descent into irrelevance. Ask yourself, “When is Netflix or Google done?,” and you start to get a sense of the growing irrelevance of the concept of a finished project. And without a target end state, traditional project management tools such as Gantt charts, fixed budgets, or strict roadmaps are not only impossible to implement — they’re a waste of time. - Jeff Gothelf #projectmanagement #agileprojectmanagement #scrummaster

The course was extremely enlightening, and it provides a wealth of concepts that are essential to comprehending agile project management. The instructor demonstrated that she had a substantial amount of knowledge and experience in the application of agile methods for managing projects. The activities during week 3 proved to be quite difficult for me because there were so many activities. Despite this, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I have worked in the project space (with NGOs and Public Sector) for a almost a decade now, however I practiced more of a waterfall methodology. I wanted to upgrade my knowledge, to expose myself to PM opportunities within the IT sector. This course exceeded my expectation in providing robust information on project management in an Agile environment, incorporating handson experiences that allowed practice for better understanding of the process. Very well done!

This course gives a very good hands on understanding of Agile concept. Many times theory, when unpracticed is forgotten. I really liked the way the exercises were designed to make the participant think and apply the principles and techniques. Even though I had used Asana in the past for project tracking, I had not done a Sprint and product backlog until I learnt them in this course. Overall i found this course quite illuminating and useful. Thank you.

My Agile Project Management course instructor, Sue, from Google, did an excellent job of making the Agile frameworks & methodologies relatable. The videos, explanations, reading material, and examples throughout this course are all designed to help understand that Agile is a mindset with the customers & teams at its core.

I highly recommend this course. Well done Google for bring this informative and useful Agile Project Management course to life!

Great course, the content and pace is very easy to keep up with while learning a lot and doing fairly in-depth in Agile with a focus on Scrum. Completed this course in about a week just by dedicating about 2 hours a day, could've done it even sooner had my schedule been more laxed or dedicating more hours. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add Agile/Scrum under their belt or get foundations for a career in Agile/Scrum project management itself.

First and foremost, I found the class to be outstanding. I transitioned into a project manager role and felt well-prepared for the job. However, after leaving that company and seeking another project manager position, I realized why I was previously unsuccessful. Now, I feel much more prepared. All of the trainers were exceptional, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to each one of them. This class has been a true blessing to me. Thank you!
