Everything was perfect but some questions on the practice and graded quizzes were tricky. The answers conflicted from the point of view side so it might need a better explanation for the right answer.

i love the course as it helped me understand the importance of asking the right questions, understanding the problem and expectations of stakeholders and impotance and the right way of communicatilon.

2,5. Better than the first course in the specialization, but still there is a lot of space for improvement. My main impression is that the course includes a range of not necessarily connected topics which don't really fit into the “ask questions” subject. I think that cooperation & communication topics should be limited to specifically data analyst-related problems. The rest of the topics could be easily included in a separate course on how to cooperate effectively in a work environment and would be applicable to a wider range of jobs.
Similarly as in the first course, a lot of “talking head” videos, almost zero visualizations / gamification. Google Sheet Guided Project was refreshing as a type of activity, but still very basic.

I liked how this course is preparing us for the job and what to expect while at it. However, I feel that it was too soon to introduce us to concepts of meeting, behaviour at work environment etc. Moreover, the course instructor's voice (speech) was not clear and felt monotonus most of the time, and her gestures although forthcoming but were too loud and distractive. Furthermore, the video quality on the day 1 of shoot was unpleasing as the colour temperature was set to be too warm which caused eyes strain after a certain time. This however was not a case on the day 2 of shooting where the temperature was nuetral.

I am getting oriented now, but it has taken me a while to see how the course is Trganized. Also, there was a quiz that asked questions about SQL and database and there was no table to reference. I just guessed and got it right, fortunately. I understand that it is important to be able to interact with fellow workers. I value it. But I don't think that hooking up with people also taking the course is helping. I want to learn from people who know what they are talking about. I can be confusing to get sidetracked by focusing on people who are spitting in the wind as much as I am.

This course, compared to the previous one, is a bit more vague. Sure, I gained some more spreadsheet competences, which is great. And sure, I need to be educated about good norms like preparing a scope of work or communicating effectively. But it wasn't very clear what the common thread was. Especially the first half of the course was confusing. Part of the problem is that many of the definitions given are pretty vague or, in my opinion, inaccurate. Like the definition of secndary stakeholders, or structured thinking, to name a couple.

Pros
1. The presenter was clear
2. The advice about communication was valuable
Cons
1.The content seemed disconnected. I didn't know why spreadsheets were connected to the other content. It seemed like a jumble of different ideas
2. The practice tests and challenges are not at all challenging. The final quiz didn't actually require doing any spreadsheet calculations. In fact I didn't need to even open up the spreadsheets at all
3. The time aproximations are way over. It takes me about 1/5 of the time to complete then what it says.

The contents of this course are very useful, thanks about it. But as a former training video maker, I can easily tell the instructor was reading the teleprompter or notes in front of her all the time, she even read some words incorrectly. To me, she didn't look as professional as the Course 1 one, the way she read the notes sometimes distracted me. In addition, the way that the words on the side monitor (next to the instructor) looked odd to me too, for example there are lots of times I saw the editor put the text on the logo

There is no learning or experience prerequisite for the course so it must be very, very basic, and it is. If you have any business experience or graduated with any type of business, computer, manufacturing, healthcare, etc degree you had courses that addressed the topics covered in this course. I would not call this course a waste of time because it is presenting the material in the Google style. Just realize that you may have seen it before and need to see it in a different way.

Some things were good, and some were bad. Overall I would say that this one was weaker than first. It was off topic sometimes, but I would not say that it was useless. The instructor is lovely and explains everything clean and very understandable. You will learn some basics about Spreadsheets ( I count this as off topic) and how to communicate and analyze stakeholders (would be better if optional). Still, it gave some key concepts and information (like SMART questions)

The course was fine overall but I didn't like how the SMART questions/Qualitative-Quantitative data section was handled: in the first place, the related lessons lacked more examples, in my opinion. As a student I would like to learn and review as many real-life cases as possible before starting to put them in practice myself. Secondly, I had several difficulties during the course exam because of that, since 2/10 questions were about this specific topic.

Some of the information provided, especially regarding teamwork and communication, was a little bit redundant and common sense. Although this was a brief introduction to it, I also wish that the spreadsheet techniques shown were a little more complex. The primary presenter's speaking voice was also a little bit difficult to listen to due to the tone and enthusiasm of delivery, and I had a little difficulty staying engaged with video segments.

This felt like a basic course that explained the organisational behaviour of data analytics. touching a few important concepts like dealing with a conflict, asking the right questions, and the basics of the spread sheet.
It would be more interesting if they have introduced more activities on a spread sheet, handling of dashboards in excel or spread sheet.
but anyway it was good exposure. looking forward to the next course.

For the information covered, this course videos and text could have been more concise. There were more words than needed. One perspective within the course that bothers me is how high-level staff e.g. VPs are considered primary stakeholders, while low-level staff e.g. blue-collar workers are not, for projects where the blue-collar worker is key. This reflects a bias against low-level staff in stakeholder assessment.

The video content should be condensed to under four minutes focusing on core information. There are many redundancies between videos and readings. Technical skills and conceptual understanding would be separated into different courses. It is unclear how spreadsheets and working with stakeholder are related. Compared to other courses, this one was less engaging due to length, repetition, and unrelated mix of topics.

Overall, this was a very informative course. The presenter was clear and easy to understand. The reason for the 3 star rating is the final 2 weeks of the course. While week 1 and week 2 were easy to digest, by the time you completed weeks 3 and 4, the information from the previous 2 weeks seemed so distant. I would recommend downsizing the sheets sections so the course as a whole is easier to retain long term.

I had really high hopes for this course, but from what was covered, I have definately already had experience with asking questions, how to write emails, and how to get along with co-workers so this felt very out of place in a data analysis course, I understand those skills are imperative to being on any team, but I don't think they should have been included specifically in Google's data analysis program

There are many good things going on with the course, and I believe it covers important topics. That being said, I am a bit disappointed. This is a Data Analytics Course, so I was hoping for more practical lessons. I want to actually learn how to use the various software. While I already am familiar with R and Excel, I wanted to further my knowledge. Until now, we covered things that are far too basic.

The parts where spreadsheets were explained were too basic and the pace was too slow and boring. Meanwhile, the parts wherein SQL was discussed were rushed compared to the pacing of the spreadsheet explanation. Making it difficult to actually learn the basics of SQL. I did not like that they did not edit the instructions in the guided assignments to align with the updated BigQuery interface.

I think this is a great course and does a wonderful job at breaking things down for all learners. The issue I do not like is that it seems this was rushed to fit the times of the pandemic. Videos state they are a certain length then they get cut off before the ending and when it comes to quick labs you are not able to see the full layout making it hard to read the words written.

Ehh, this course went a lot differently than I expected. There was a lot of information from the first course and it seemed redundant. I thought we would be focusing more on asking the right types of questions and how to do so. Yet, I felt that we did that only in the beginning and the end and the middle was working with formulas and functions which threw me off completely.

I lose interest since the module 3 spreadsheets. Middle school students might find it interesting. I am really bored and wishing to finish this course very much. I don't find any value in that. I lose interest. Real world examples are good but too much examples just confuses people. We all have our own background and sometimes the examples make me confused.

Clear and concise, as always coming from Google. Besides that, I would've liked more information and activities concerning spreadsheets and their use and less focus on workplace norms (albeit their importance, they don't convey their relevancy at this stage in the learning process). Really liked the exam, it put the information learned into good practice.

Videos are too short and the explanation is not extensive. Also the study material offers little explanation. Need references to the outside resources to understand the concepts more precisely. In the communication section , a book can be recommended to hone the communication skills. Not everyone can communicate by just watching a video.

Too much time spent on soft skills. How to write an email? How to pay attention in a meeting? If this is going to be offered, it should be optional. The highlight was a good intro to spreadsheets. It was basic enough for someone completely new to them but I have been using them for a years and still learned some new things.
