Honestly, pretty solid course. A lot of people were saying this course isn't for beginners but I would strongly disagree. I think the difficulty is FAIR, and really gets your brain thinking logically.

The example given in each video was very helpful in understanding how things work on the internet.

Overall experience was great as it was basically about basics and introduction to web development.

I really enjoyed the course, and it explains most of the basic concepts for you from the get-go, but I'd love to have a bit more of hands-on exercises along side with the texts and explaining showing more of those concepts in action. Still, it's an excellent course to take in if you want to dive into Web development.

I like the breakdown of the modules and courses. Everything is good except the animations, I guess. I mean it is because I am a visual learner and I think it's better to improve their animations in the video lessons to fully understand what the instructor is explaining whether you are a visual learner or not.

The course was not very challenging and certainly doesn't take 4 weeks. I am giving it 4 stars because I think it could be a great introduction for someone who has really never touched HTML or CSS and doesn't know anything about how the web works. When they say "Introduction" they really do mean introduction.

A very suitable content selection has been made for the introduction. The information is explained in a simple way that most people can understand and in an appropriate way with examples from daily life. It was very good not to use too much technical jargon at this stage (for non-native English speakers).

Ok, so my basics were definitely cleared with the help of this course. I would say that the quality of the courses are definitely high . The audio and video of each and every lecture was perfect. One star not given as it misses in-depth content of Bootstrap in my opinion and rest everything was perfect.

Overall, the course offers a solid foundation for front-end development. I like the intro to react , other libraries and how to use the documentation of bootstrap early in the specialization. The course can improve in covering basics about the internet such as HTTP, TCP/IP and web servers.

Great course. I am an absolute beginner looking to change careers. I am not computer literate but found the course easy to follow and I am confident that by the end of the entire course I will be ready to start getting my résumé out there and find work as a front end developer.

Great Learning platform with an accurate roadmap to learn Front-End Development. But please improve the grading system. There are plenty of unnecessary errors shown though the code is approximately right...and it affects the learning time.

Thank you, Meta, Google, Coursera. :)

This was a helpful refresher for me (a self-taught developer trying to get back into the swing of things). I could see this being a bit trickier to navigate if you are brand new to software development. There were some incorrect answers and typos in content along the way.

Classes, readings and videos are great but the company need to work on the grading system in the lab, it made me waste a lot of time doing and redoing things that were right from the beginig. All around it is a great course and I will continue my learning with it.

I feel the amount of HTML and CSS wasn't enough,

However I enjoyed learning about more sophisticated concepts like libraries, frameworks, dependencies, depedeny tree, package manager, bundling, SPA , Dynamic Content, Application Servers, Dom, Virtual DOM and React.

Overal the tutorials are a great resource for learning web development. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in learning this skill. Just that bootstrap turorial can be made more easy to understand and more examples should be included with it.

I enjoyed this introductory course to front-end development. The depth and detail seemed just right. However, I wish there was more rigor to the labs and quizzes. It would be great if some of the ungraded labs were made to be graded to offer more of a challenge.

a little difficult to understand certain aspects of the course when it was crammed in a small video (extra research about certain topics might be needed). however for an introductory course it definitely gets you started into making your very first website!

I think this is a great course for people with no previous experience with web technologies. It might be helpful to create additional unguided lab exercises to help people retain what they've learned by wrestling with whatever information is new to them.

Maybe not the best if you start from scratch because is a bit fast-paced, but makes a good job introducing a lot of the tools involved in a simple manner and how they interact with each other so you can get a general idea of how this whole thing goes.

This course is very easy to follow, may be a little too slow. Some of lab components such as "Go Live" do not work properly, and there weren't much help from the course facilitator or forum. But overall, it is good, I learned a lot. Thanks, Meta.

Modules from week 3 seems to be made for those with intermediate to upper intermediate level of coding. It is fast paced and failed to clarify some integral concepts from the beginning. Apart from this, everything else is quite well balanced.
