Course, is awesome clear precise easy to understand one topic builds upon another... I also, like how Google introduces staff members who share their stories, experiences and practically cheer you on with words of encouragement. I love that, because right now I only have myself and my bills to motivate me. I am excited to see where this new journey takes me....

This class is fun to learn but its also hard to get all the info and there's so many things to help you can always go back to what you've learned. For the test definitely don't panic like i have and just try your best. If you fail its ok dont worry about it you can go back on articles or videos on the questions you get wrong. but overall its been fun learning

In this course I learned several things that I will take into my daily life, besides being able to be reassured with several tips from those who already work in the area. It is interesting to see how Playbooks and the SIEM tool can greatly facilitate SOC operations.

I believe I will want to study more about SIEM and incident response after this course!!!

There was a lot of useful information that I believe will be needed as an entry cybersecurity analyst. The most difficult part of this course was conducting a security audit for the first time. After completing this tasks, I felt like I finally created physical evidence of my understandings and could contribute it to my portfolio in some way.

I loved this course. Slightly heavier than course 1. You need to pay more attention, you are getting extra doses of information here. But the knowledge you gain here is eye opening and could be a gamer changer. You will get a different understanding of what cybersecurity is about. The structure of the field. Overall it's fun

For me personally the course was quit informative, as the previous one. I liked the kind of simulation test (on control and compliance checklist) which I would love to see more of it because I think this is exactly what strengthens you, and gives you a little confidence that you understand everything correctly.

This course was helpful in bringing practicality to the theories and concepts discussed in the first course. I feel I have a greater understanding of what an analyst actually does, how exactly they do their job, and real examples of tools they use that I can further study and practice. Great stuff.

This course cover the post important parts of SIEM tools and Incident Playbooks which are the basics of Security Operations and analysis department. These also helps the Cyber security governance teams to understand the log and incidents flow while creating/updating the policies and procedures.

Breaking down Cybersecurity into different sub categories will pay dividends in the future. Also learning about playbooks and protocols are a huge plus. A systematic way to solve problems is always helpful. This course clearly outlines Cybersecurity and shows a clean flow.

Excellent course. So far I have learned many new things that motivate me more and more every day in the field of cybersecurity. I am eager to deepen in tools that allow me to perform a good monitoring and to be able to bring good practices for the company where I work.

The instructor was engaging and spoke well. I appreciated how the information was presented. I would have preferred in the later modules if there were more reading sections. I felt too much was explained in the lectures but not enough reference material was given.

Very informative course, happy with my decision to continue learning through this program. Can not wait to finish and self reflect on how far I have come. I will definitely feel more comfortable continuing alternative education with this foundational knowledge.

This was very helpful, the combination of videos, reading and hands on activity was a great mix to help in the learning process. I particularly appreciated the hands on activities and exemplars that gave a glimpse into the day in the life of a security audit.

It was easy to understand and very informative. Even though i know most of it already since i have been into this stuff for years now. I am just getting a Validation for my Skills and Knowledge and i hope this will proof i have what it takes to do the job.

I loved the depth of this course. The way it broke things down and I really loved doing the portfolio activity that came with this course. It was an eye opener and it really made me feel like I want to do this for real for real, if that makes sense.

This course was far more easier to go through than the previous one. I likes the way the instructor explained the topics in detail and also we had an audit practice on it. Good for getting a deeper idea of the theory and concepts for the industry.

The security audit process was a little jarring and confusing. If it weren't for the exemplars at the end I would have been completely lost. The course presenter was fantastic and made understanding everything super easy. Thank you Google!

Play It Safe opened my eyes not only to the work I want to explore, but to the safety of security in all we do from business to our own personal uses everyday. The course was effective with great security risk information to learn about.

Google Cybersecurity Specialisation Course 2 was good in covering:

-CISSP 8 security domains

-threat vs risk vs vulnerability because of a threat

-Confidentiality-Integrity-Availability CIA Triad

-NIST Risk Management framework 5 functions

I found Course Two to be particularly enjoyable due to its hands-on activities. Every project afforded me the opportunity to actively explore my prospective career and gain insight into the day-to-day responsibilities it entails.
