This Coursera school couldn't even give me a certificate after I completed their IT course. And it seemed the more I completed, the more they had for me to do. They like to charge the money, but don't want to fess with the certificates. Terrible.

Very confusing. The instructor just read the AD topics and many other topics. He didn't show us practically. Many many things I didn't understand. Then I watched the topic on youtube for better understand.

I did not receive a certificate for this even though other courses I completed did offer a certificate. Be on the lookout in the event you just wanted to get the certificate to boost your resume.

Labs are crap, when you ask for help with a lab you are refereed to a third party. In the final graded lab the instructions are total shit. If this continues I will cancel my subscription.

It was hard understanding the instructor who spoke broken English. The inaccurate captions did not help. I had to get information from other sources.

the quizzes wont update the grade im 100% done and it will not update nor do they listen to the issues reported so much fro"google support"

I purchased the course for Italian subtitles, suddenly they disappeared and in 8 months they were unable to reinsert them.

why u deduct money without me my permission, cancel my subscription,, u hide all the option for cancel and refund

Poorly taught. Information is glossed over so quickly I feel like I learned little to nothing about the topics.

these course are very vague and haven't taught me much. There are better ways to learn online.

Confusing, terrible formatting. Way too much information compressed into walls of texts.

Very Challenging, infact i have removed my mind from the field of System Admin,

I am a system admin and some of the answers to the final test are incorrect.

Felt like this part of the course was way to long and not to the point!

Full of a Jargon, outdated, so boring you end up loosing interest!

Overall it is good. Some of the labs weren't clear though.
