This course is the first of a series that aims to prepare you for a role as an entry-level IT Support Specialist. In this course, you’ll be introduced to the world of Information Technology, or IT. An excellent introductory course. The all around material was well presented, the instructors are doing a great job passing on their knowledge. The weekly assignments were interesting and fun to take.

Very good course. It set's a very strong foundation into knowing about the basics of Information Technology. The way the course was structured made the content very easy to learn. The main thing that stood out for me was the random engaging questions that popped up during video lessons. Great Work Team!

Great introduction to all the fundamentals of IT technical support. Very well delivered, engaging, clear and concise. Well organized with important terms to remember provided at the end of each module with some practical activities also provided to give a hands approach to learning about the world of IT.

I really glad to tell this is the course who need to be an IT support specialist. this course module and lecturers, lectures videos, fundamental readings, and all the other stuffs are very clear and useful for all beginners. This course is great specially for those who want to enter in the world of IT. Each topic is very in depth and all the practice quizes and graded examination with quiklab is a great tool to enhance your learning experience. This is my first time taking up a online education platform, and I am very happy.

Before taking this course, I really had no knowledge of how anything in acomputer worked. Now that I have the little insight that I have, it only makes me want more. Thats not what one would call a job, I call this having fun doing what you enjoy and making a comfortable living while also helping others.

This course was really easy to follow and extremely interesting! The material gives a good overview of all the key concepts of IT support, and completes my Business Technology Management studies quite well with more in-depth technical information. Would recommend to anyone with an interest in technology.

I really enjoyed this course. I like the quality of the material and labs. I liked how everything was explained in a manner that was easy to understand. The only thing I would possibly change is to add more ways to practice the skills learned maybe by adding more labs or test or even expanding on those.

I love that the course are 100% on line, affordable, and that you learn a lot that helps you get your foot in the door for a job in IT. If you are passionate about IT Technical Support this is 100% for you. I recomend this course and the other 4 courses for the role of the Technical Support Professional.

The course was well done over all. It is encouraging to see "real" people with great diversity involve in IT. I do have an small IT company and I wanted to see how a big company like Google does IT and it was happy to see that I am not so far off in my approach of solving IT problems. Great job Google!

I found the course to be a good introduction to the IT world. I have previous experience working the computers but there was still information here that gave me a deeper understanding into operating systems and how they function, and gave good insight when it comes to working in a customer service roll.

Amazing amazing amazing! This is so well put together and should be recognized as an industry standard for entry level help desk positions. Being able to do labs on VM's itself is something that can be added to a resume and would put you ahead. Do not hesistate to take this course. It is for all levels!

I've taken many base courses to refresh my knowledge and help launch my IT career, this one is the top out of all of them.

Very well compiled course. Information provided is brief but precise and that combination is tough to achieve and Google being Google did it nicely. Staying brief but to the point helps learners confidence. Bombarding information specially on a beginner can be repulsive. Good job is what I can say.

I've learnt a lot from this course, especially when it comes to how one should relate with Users. It is not

just about being polite and friendly to the User. I do need to check that the User understands and is satisfied with the assistance.
