As a business analyst, this course is helping me dwelve deeper into UX/CX and various techniques to gather requirements in a very efficient way. Kudos to Google for tailoring this course.

Content is great. However, the discussion forums are not really effective. The OP isn't intimated when someone replies to her post. So chances for the discussion to ensue are really slim.

I am Lucky to have this Course and I learned so many things during the course and I am looing forward to complete all the course of UX design Certification, Thanks to Google and Coursera.

Great course for anyone who is getting into the field of UX. Tools & techniques and how to brand your self to the market for opportunities are great topics for any beginners. Loved it....
