I appreciated the case study options given to participants. I found the case study to be quite challenging and am thankful that it was. The case study road map was an amazing guide as it took me step by step through the thought processes necessary to complete each phase of the data analysis process. I completed it as I worked my way through each phase and it kept my focus on the business task. I was able to utilize the majority of tools that were taught in the courses and was also able to reach out via Google to seek answers to questions that other analysts were also seeking, It was a wonderful and sometimes exasperating experience to work through code and determine why I received an error but it was great learning. This course was the summary of all that we studied before, and it brings all concepts and hands-on skills to the table, It is great, here we applied what we have learned to solve problems using data step by step Thanks for google for this course I already started in other programs and specializations which are Data Analysis using Excel(specialization 3 courses) and I've finished two of 3 courses Data visualization and dashboarding with Tableau(specialization 5 courses) Business data analytics (specialization) Oracle sql for data analysis (specialization) I've finished one course of the specialization Once I finished the above courses I plan to study Python for scripting and automation R for data analysis Google opened the door for me Thanks to Google

This course not only pulls together everything introduced in the previous data analytics certificate courses but also gives the student the opportunity to apply them in a job seeking manner. At 60 years old I have interviewed for many jobs and found the advice provided in this course 'real world'. Perhaps a video dealing with anxiety is the only thing missing. The videos' interviewee was too calm and collected, too on the mark in my experience. Like a firefighter going into a blaze, interviews require practise, practise, practise, to dampen the effects of all the brain's alarm bells going off all at once. You may be skilled with SQL and R, but faced with your first face to face interview question suddenly everything goes blank.

This course is a great gateway into the world of Data Analytics (DA). It is well presented and organized with great instructors and presenters who give their professional and personal experiences as part of the lessons. This "personal" touch helped me, and I'm sure other learners, to feel like they could be successful in this field and made it less intimidating. One area I would improve is to give more opportunities to dive deeper into Tableau, SQL, and R and to give learners more instruction as to how to prepare, clean, organize, analyze, and visualize data using each of these software's. Thank you Google for creating a launching pad for people like me to dive confidently into this space!

This course was a great opportunity to review familiar material and learn new skills! From a beginner's perspective, the course did a great job introducing general concepts before diving into specifics. The resources (links, readings, videos) were very helpful as well! I would definitely taking this course whether you're interested in Data Analytics or not. The information packed into this course also covered general stuff like interview prep, resume help, job searching, etc. You really could set your pace. They recommend at least 10 hours a week. Since I am unemployed at the moment, I was able to complete the course in 3 months as oppose to 8. FIVE STARSS!!!!

I've gained more skills and knowledge since day 1 when I started this course - I've some knowledge from before but not all the understanding about Data Analyst role but now is more clear and I liked, even the course was not easy, especially R where I found some challenges but after all was very interesting. My mind is now more open to understand how analysts dig into the data and get results and recommend changes. I'm glad to be able to complete this course and will see if there is something else I would be interested to learn more now that we need to improve skills to not be left behind with this technology changing so fast. I absolutely love the diversity in the presenters for each of these courses in the program. The presenters were very knowledgeable but were excellent in breaking down the information in a beginner-friendly manner. There was so much content, but possible to learn and understand. I really loved the interactive lessons that gave the learner the plenty opportunity to practice the new content within each lesson. I really enjoyed this program that helped me to learn what I needed to learn without feeling overwhelmed. It was also extremely helpful that the design of the new information was always presented in a manner that real-world applications.

This is an exceptional course that will keep you constantly motivated to want to learn more. The courses are design in a very scalable and are business focus and practical at the same time. The presenters are seasoned experts with thorough practical understanding of the courses and sincere appreciation for the challenges newbies are most likely to face when learning new languages. I bet you will find their enthusiams contagious - even through the video! Use case explanations on how to handle Big data and work efficiently are provided - as if you are on the Job - your confidence and expertise will improve exponentially.

I have finished the course, with some personal difficulties and it took a little more time than I had estimated, but still today I am celebrating and looking forward to continue in my next level, I hope to start soon with the advanced Data Analytics course. Let's go to the next level. Soon we will be working on it. This is an excellent course for those who want to go to another level with the data I have learned not only to organize the information but I have also learned the value of the data and the importance that can have our support to businesses, medium, small and large. This course is good although it was basic for me as I have good work experience, not as a Data Analyst, but working in a technical support call center. I loved that it's very connected to the job market and has videos on networking and creating your online presence and portfolio. I didn't like the parts that teach technical material though. There are a lot of videos and texts to read while I think that technical material should be learned by doing and by repetition. I also did a Python course with datacamp which teaches this part of the material much better in my opinion.

I went into the capstone project a bit skeptical, not expecting too much, but it was honestly quite helpful at utilizing most of the things we'd learned and forcing me to learn many new things. Not to mention it's the first chance to figure out what your start-to-finish process might be for a real analytics project. Also, all the complementary tools and advice that the certification, and this course in particular, provide to help in actually landing an analytics job are more than I ever expected and they raise my confidence that I can actually get one in the near future.

A very comprehensive course, especially good for beginners into the world of data analytics! There is never enough time to cover everything, so I would suggest if you're interested in data analytics, pair this course with some other courses in applying basic statistics in R/Python and taking a course in using Python (R is only covered). The need to be fluent in multiple languages, familiar with statistical concepts and different data visualisation approaches will be something you'll come across more frequently in your data analytics career journey.

Amazing course and not very hard! There are definitley things that will challenge you (like coding) but I graduated from college less than a few months ago. I struggled to find a job but as I started applying I noticed that a lot fo places like to see that you have this certificate by asking if you hae experience with Google Analytics. I started taking this and I managed to get a job about 3/4ths of the way in. Not to mention, its cheap and you can realistically crush this in like a month and a half if you study like 2-3 hours a day.

I completed this 8 course data analytics program primarily intended for Junior Data Analyst. I was curious how program was setup and what skills were taught, preparing for a career within data analytics. The program is well designed around keywords of Ask, Prepare, Process, Analyze, Share and Act and would gladly recommend it as a stepping stone into the field of analytics. Reflecting from senior experience level, I was still able to pick up new perspectives and good knowledge sources which complement my current skillset.
