This is a very well structure course that I think anyone who is interested in IT or Computer Science will enjoy. The Google Course includes historical information that I really enjoyed learning about.

As a 54 year old person this way of taking a course, of learning something new, was new for me. I did had to get used to it, but really enjoyed every part. The content is good, starting with the basics, preparing for what to come.

This course was very informative, as a refresher and also as a self taught IT support agent. It was also nice to touch a little into Linux which is a system that I'm barely interacting with and definitely gained my interest a lot.

This was a wonderful basics course into IT Support. There were some areas that I personally have had in depth training before now and it was very nice to be able to move ahead if I knew I was already comfortable with the material.

Great introduction to the basics of IT and computer support. I liked that I could either watch the videos or just read the text at my own pace, as well as working ahead. I was able to complete a 6 week course in less than 3 weeks!

Truly enjoyed this class. Heard the offering on the radio and thought why not. I had a basic understanding of much of the information we went through. The course helped fill in some knowledge gap that I think will prove useful.

Great course, the explanations for the topics are simple and easy to follow, and for the most part the examples and quizzes they give are pretty simple and they give you more opportunities if you mess up in the quizzes. Loved it!

It's very nice to be able to learn here, the teacher is very clear in explaining that there are subtitles too. it's just that in some assessments there are obstacles in the assessment and in the future it must be better.
