By the end of this project, you will be able to design and visualize an end-to-end user experience.
To do this you will gain hands-on experience exercising empathy to accurately document the stages, actions, emotions, and thoughts of the user while assessing opportunities and overall qualities of the customer experience in the Miro online visual collaboration platform for teamwork. Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We’re currently working on providing the same experience in other regions.
In a video that plays in a split-screen with your work area, your instructor will walk you through these steps:
Review the fundamentals of User Experience and User Interface design.
Identify components of User Experience maps and consider the benefits of mapping the end-to-end process.
Frame the User Experience, identify the end-to-end customer goal, and explore maps in Miro.
Explore the templates and tools available and begin documenting the User Experience in Miro.
Flesh out the project scenario in a User Experience map and consider opportunities in Miro.
