Depending on the electives you choose, this programme will prepare you for a lateral shift to a different domain by equipping you with an understanding of contemporary business practices. Furthermore, you can expect to strengthen your skills and perspective in your present domain to prepare for a vertical shift and aspire for larger roles within your functional area of work. You can also leverage this degree’s credentials to opt for higher studies such as M.Phil. and Ph.D.

Upon graduating from the programme, you will have access to IIT Roorkee’s business incubator- TIDES [https://tides.iitr.ac.in/] IIT Roorkee strives to promote innovation, entrepreneurship & opportunities to succeed. To accomplish its goal, IIT Roorkee runs and manages a business incubator called Technology Innovation & Development of Entrepreneurship Support (TIDES) Business Incubator. TIDES facilitates incubation of new enterprises with innovative technologies by admitting them at its Incubation Center and provides physical, technical, financial and networking support and services. The center has 400+ associated mentors with 110+ starts supported till date.
