Loved the layout and help provided here. Information was easy to understand and grasp.

Aside from my labs not opening using Safari, everything else was fantastic.

Some areas were not covered in CompTia ITF+ but is in A+

Please add some resources, so we can read and learn.

Wasn't a big fan of this course. Although it was helpful in some ways it wasn't in others. Very little information provided before Labs and exercises.

I have no knowledge of this subject and thought this course would teach me but this course is a review or so it seems

This course is janky, unnecessarily verbose, some of the answers are mismatched with the wronth terminology, probably the only plus for this course was the hardware portion but even that there were some erroneous question/answer matches. I almost felt like it was gaslighting me until I looked up some of the answers to see that the questions were incorrect.

There are numerous grammatical and spelling errors throughout the course, and a definite lack of direction in general. If it's meant to be a practice test as the name implies, it should be just that, not have discussion prompts and 30 second videos that server no purpose. Un-Enrolled.

Very hard to follow as the narrator was describing things that never happened. Typos galore also made it hard to understand. Waste of time.

Not a fan of this course. It maybe it is the requirements for the certificate but it is rather dumb.

much too difficult for me to complete,the instructions to 2 of the exercises were insufficient.

The topics are good, however the responses/answers I do not believe are accurate.

They ask for so many questions, without givin you an introductions

contradicts what I was taught in my google It support certificate

This course is a money grabber with no real education involved

would not pay for this not worth 50usd
