I learn a lot, while I interacted with customer service agent before, it was different to be on the other side. I dont know how helpfull the course is going to be in my journey but we will see.

I recently had the opportunity to take the Introduction to Customer Service course, and I found it to be a very valuable experience. The course covered a wide range of topics, including communication skills, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. I was particularly impressed with the focus on empathy and understanding the customer's perspective. This course allowed me to strengthen the skills that I already have and the opportunity to improve on the things that I learned. Overall, I highly recommend the Introduction to Customer Service course to anyone who wants to improve their customer service skills. It is a well-designed and informative course that is taught by experienced professionals.

По-перше,доступність навчання з будь-якого пристрою та будь-якого місця.Це величезна перевага для мене,як для працюючої матері одиначки.Вільного часу мало і я намагаюся використовувати його максимально корисно.дякую,що надаєте таку можливість. По-друге, інформація,яка надається в цьому курсі, може бути використана у дуже багатьох галузях.І навіть в міжособистісних взаєминах з родиною. После изучения материалов по решению проблем в сфере обслуживания клиентов, я пришел к выводу, что некоторые концепции требуют дополнительной практики. Например, навыки активного слушания и эмпатии в общении с клиентами – это то, что необходимо отрабатывать постоянно. Эффективное выявление потребностей клиентов и умение работать с возражениями также являются ключевыми аспектами, которые требуют практики. Что касается сильных сторон, я чувствую себя уверенно в использовании различных техник для разрешения конфликтных ситуаций. Особенно важным для меня является подход к поиску компромиссов и нахождению взаимопонимания между клиентом и компанией, что позволяет минимизировать негативные последствия и улучшить клиентский опыт. Будет интересно услышать мнения одногруппников по этим вопросам!

Great introduction to building your foundation in cx service. Getting more practice with the skills we learn would have been nice, but would definitely recommend for someone interested in learning the basic of customer service.
