This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

Very important to reflect on my life, rethinking goals and ways of improving happiness. It appears that happiness is the "new shit" for me now, beyond simply bringing more joy into live such as buying stuff...and I ca adjust over time. Thanks for providing this for free, you improve peoples life...

I thoroughly enjoyed this course! Loved the pace and the content Laurie Santos was very personable and Im so glad I did it. To actually complete something and put it into practice evreyday and understand why you are doing it and choosong to do it has made quite an impact on me! Im proud of myself!

I consider this course is much helpful for understanding how you can improve your life and how you can't. The course gives you all the necessary instruments and knowledge that can be used in your everyday life.
During the course, you can establish new habits that will be helpful for your well-being.

I thought the evidence presented in this class was compelling. I loved the structure. The 10 weeks at the outset was a little intimidating but the last 4 weeks are spent practicing a new 'rewiring' so it really allowed time for practicing a new habit. Wonderful class for all ages. Thank you!!!

This was an amazing course especially given the extremely challenging circumstances that we are all facing at the moment. It made me rethink a lot of the assumptions I had about what makes us happy and the retirements were a great demonstration of what can actually make us happier and more positive

I honestly did appreciate the guidance that this course provided me about building habits and following through with them, but what I found invaluable were some of the scientific studies we were provided access to, in my opinion proving that you can change change your outlook at least a little bit.

I really enjoyed taking this course. I was glad that it was offered for free, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to take it. Everything that was taught each week was new to me. I will continue to work on the rewirement activities and put into practice the point about happiness and well being.

This class challenged how I "think" I need to be living my life. Making monumental changes is difficult, but it is presented in a way that shows how truly beneficial it can be with just a little specifically intentional effort. I will be using this information for the rest of my life. Great class!!

Excellent course! It was so interesting to break down what we feel will make us happier vs. what will actually make us happiest. The tools provided in the course are easy to implement and it's up to you to put in the work to get all of the benefits out of it you can. I highly recommend this course.

This was such a worthwhile course. I learned so much and was engaged throughout the ten week program. All of the videos and written information were beneficial and presented in such a way that facilitated learning and encouragement to continue. I have literally recommended it to everyone I know.

This was much more in depth than I expected, and had a far greater impact on my own wellbeing too. It is accessible for a range of learners, but the additional reading material (which you do not HAVE to do) can go into much more depth for those who are more academically minded. Well worth the time.

It is an absolute brilliant course, it really improved my life in a tremendous way, an incredible revelation for me was when they talked about goal setting and specifically the WOOP technique, I never imagined how goal setting was so much related to our well being. I highly recommend this course.

Overall it was good. It was also challenging. You CAN increase your own happiness, but you must work for it! Data from scientific studies presented is plentiful and compelling. Thanks to this class I've been successful in establishing a new habit of daily meditation, and plan to continue it!
