Thought the course did a great job of teaching the basics without getting too ahead of itself. All of the sample code was well commented out to explain exactly what the code did which was very helpful

This is an excellent course for the basics in html, css and js I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wanted to build a simple but interactive website using one of the many frameworks available

While I appreciate the effort and the content as the explanations the instructors provide in the course. I can't say the same for its maintenance. This course looks abandoned (although it's not the only one I've already encountered on the platform). I find it hard to follow on the Specialization due more than one fact.

- You only get your grade based on peer review. You not only have to be in part an instructor when grading, but also you have to grade someone about something you barely know. This leads to multiple issues. If you get a wrong grade, you must send your exercise again and you lose motivation. You can also do a wrong correction and make someone frustrated. Not only this

- I've read about some people writing on some issues on the course. I myself also wrote some. I know it's not always easy to change some things specially when you record a video. But it's also not easy to learn things the wrong way when you're studying and constantly trying to improve.

These are just some of the conclusions I had. I started the course motivated. Now I only feel disappointed and I'm lacking motivation. The two stars are due the fact the instructors really put some effort on it and the content is decent. Maybe I try another course on this university, but definitely not gonna stay on this one.

I tried till week 2 course. I think for a paid program this is really badly made and really not worth the money. You can get more from the Freecodecamp (which is for free) and the html and css course from head first. I had high expectations only to be disappointed. 2 stars just for the effort they put in.

I think the main disadvantage of the course is that it provides you with very basic education on the mentioned topics and nothing in deep and fully explained. The assignments also were very easy to complete. I was expecting a more in depth approach.
