The last lab didn't run in the lab space nor locally. I had to rebuild it with create react app to match the setup. Nice test, but I am not sure if this blocker would be helpful other students.

The questions in quiz's were perfect for checking our knowledge for react. Also the project was enough to be able to start to work in real projects. Thank you META

Good course, but it could have been more "Advanced". Some more in-depth detail around hooks (when and why to choose different hook types) and some exercises using real API endpoints would make it better. Also, the video modules can be a bit slow-paced. Feels like more of a "mid-level" than "advanced".

Major difficulty spike compared to previous courses, and not everything worked. I can't remember off of the top of my head, but some of the lab starting code didn't work. I'm sure if you search 'lab doesn't work' you'll see plenty of people having the same issue.

A lot of stuff isn't well explained. The Labs distract from the lesson being learned with extra content and not all of them help explain what we are supposed to do but instead assumes we know what we are supposed to do.

I did not like the react courses, the first one was even worse. Meta explained that it was the inventor of react. Well, they should act like it and work on their syllabus.

Everything was good, but I wish they let me do things in the projects by myself. not with 80% of the project done already

A lot of outdated patterns, even Meta's own official documentation discourages using some of the patterns that are presented here. Also the course moves too quickly and doesn't give the student the chance to grasp concepts before being tested on them. Too much information is covered in too little time.
Many of the links are broken in the additional reading requirements and some of the concepts are hard to learn since there is very little documentation outside of the course that can teach them.
Overall, the React sections of this certification should be updated and spread out over at least three courses with more examples, gradually going into greater depth to help get a better grasp of what's what.

There are some technical bugs throughout the course. Some concepts are rushed through. The video lessons can seem a bit robotic. The peer graded system for the final assignment is problematic... It's not a terrible course, and it's nice to get a certificate to display on Linkedin, but if you don't need the certificate there are better resources freely available
