I really recommend this course especially for those who are starting in IT or as a refresher course for those who haven't been active in this field for awhile, like myself.

THE COURSE IS EXPLANATORY AND SO BEGINNER FRIENDLY. THE INSTRUCTORS ARE EXCELLENT IN BREAKING DOWN THE BIG TERMS AND USING REAL LIFE SCENARIOS TO DESCRIBE TECHNICAL ISSUES.

It was very basic, maybe because I have already studied it in my college, but the course strengths the foundation required to be an IT support specialist. Thank you google!
