I loved the way the information was presented in this course. It was very informative, but presented the information in a way that kept it fun and light.

very informative if you want to complete this course then i would advise to pay close attention to direction it goes a long way and beats cutting corners

This class was a great overview for the IT support Pro Certificate. I am glad that Google reached out and made an affordable and convenient way to learn.

Very good course to take if you know nothing about IT. The information is given at a good pace and the simulations really help you apply what you learn.

Very difficult content of the module, but the teacher explained the issues clearly. Tests were also helpful in understanding and mastering the material.

I will say the this coursee was very informative, now i have a lot of note to refer to especial when starting school in August to pursue a career in I.T
