It was very good and covered binary. But I feel as though this was more of a total noob certificate ( No offense ) I was able to maintain and almost 98% grade and finished the course in three days.. Most of it was a recap with a couple tips i didn't know. I'd also prefer you do more cutting and editing than little texts boxes that point out mistakes. Thanks.

What makes this course unique is that it has a number of instructors, but they all seem to have the same passion about IT and how they work. Even though some of the concepts are things you have heard before, the break it down for you to really grasp the concept as if it is the first time you are hearing them. I will entreat everyone to apply for this course.

The basics of IT is fascinating and allows someone who might be a critical thinker to excel at problem solving on a higher level. It also encourages someone who may not know anything about IT but wants a career change to make the change with the easy to understand lessons and videos put together to give a better example/explaination of the material involved.

This is a great introduction to the IT Support Services career field. It will help you decide if this is a career in which you can be successful. The instructors are top notch, and the insights from Google employees throughout the course paint a vivid picture of what the job entails, and the skills necessary to be great in it. I highly recommend this course!

i Think this course was a very good general review for any IT admin. I am an IT admin and I definitely learned a lot from this course. It was very good with intricate details, a lot of definitions, and good people presenting in the videos. I will recommend this course to people I know would be interested. I will definitely keep going with the google classes!

The course is very informative and lets you get a taste of being hands on with real world scenarios. The material feels seamless but packed with all the information you will need to be effective as you start your career as an IT Specialist. I would recommend trying out the course even if you are just brushing up your skills to stay relevant with the times.

The idea of the course is interesting. It focuses on the learner being a user, and making sure the learner is user ready, as if they were to come to and IT specialist themselves. The course hints at specialising yourself in a specific area of IT is common and depending on where you work within the field you will naturally expand your knowledge and knowhow.

This course is the first of a series that aims to prepare I for a role as an entry-level IT Support Specialist. In this course, I have be introduced to the world of Information Technology, or IT. I have learn about thedifferent facets of Information Technology, like computer hardware, the Internet, computer software, troubleshooting, and customer service.

Great introduction to the Specialization and suited for beginners. Experienced. The quality of video's and instructors is excellent. Also, the use of Google's support platforms is a big advantage for hands on practices. I would recommend anyone who is interested in learning more about the basics of using a computer and operating system to take this course!

This course really does help you learn the fundamentals of Information Technology. After taking this course, I can now confidently say that I know how to build, repair, and modify a PC as well as install an operating system along with software. Great Course! I have learnt a lot how computers work, about HW, SW, the Internet . While I had very limited knowledge of IT when I started, I now have the feeling I have expanded it a lot. The courses are well presented and very interesting, I was never bored, they kept me excited at any time! I am looking forward to the upcoming courses of this program!

I think it might help to give definitions of phrases that will be used at the start of each week's lessons. It got confusing when instructors were throwing out terminology and acronyms without prior explanation. Some I've heard before and need a brush-up and others were new. I think this would be helpful since this course is meant for beginners in IT.
