Nicely presented and informative! Easy to follow with fair tests. Gives you just the right amout of information to know how to deal with everyday cases of COVID-19 regarding information gathering, analyzing the circumstances and wheather or not to isolate a patient. All around a pleasant little introductory course!

This course provided a lot of information about contact tracing. I think some of the concepts could have been combined to make for a more efficient and shorter guide. However, I appreciate all of the efforts that went into putting together this wonderful program. It was very easy to understand and very educational.

The course covered the content very well. I do believe the presenter did their best, but the tone and cadence of their voice made me switch to mostly reading the class as opposed to watching all of it. That's a personal preference and not anything that should detract from the presenter's skills or qualifications.

The pandemic years teach me valuable knowledge about the importance of COVID-19 contact tracing. Coursera and John Hopkins University are the golden platform for those who are seeking good information and self-taught while you are quarantined at home. Endless of educational materials and readings are here for you.

This is a knowledge bank. I graduated with MPH in December 2019 and everything I was taught was brought to bear in this course. I experienced the practical aspect of my training. This has added so much value to me. I look forward to coming back from time to time to review this training.

I learned a lot about how contact tracing should work and the technologies that can be used to trace locations of the cases in some countries. This course advanced my learnings about this pandemic and the things that you can do to avoid being sick and appreciate the efforts of all contact tracers around the world.

This was such a great course to take it was very informative with videos and samples of how to interact with people. The information given to us about COVID-19 made me feel more informed about it and I believe this course is a great tool that everyone should take to understands facts about this virus. AWESOME!!!

The course was challenging yet easy enough to be successful. Take notes! There are great examples and lots of information, but it gave me a confident picture of a tracer's job and the feeling that I could be successful after completing the course. Very informative and well-paced to absorb all the new information.
