This course was extremely well organized and informative. The practice sections were very helpful.

The role playing was also very helpful to see the calls in action. I liked the videos of how not to do an interview followed up with the correct way to do an interview. Very worthwhile course!

The COVID-19 Contact Tracing course is very thorough. The PowerPoint presentation helps to reiterate what the speaker is teaching about. It wasn't a difficult course, and can be accomplished in a timely manner. I highly recommend taking this class if you are interested in contact tracing.

Excellent course! The content was clear and very easy to follow. I appreciated the flow in which the facilitator provided the content. The scenarios did not appear scripted and were presented in very real time. So glad I took this optional course offered through my local platform.

I learned so much from this course, I found out about it through Matthew Lesko (look for him on youtube, he provides a lot of great resources for making money at home and grants). My goal is to add side income as a contact tracer this also helps me at my current job at a Hospital in NYC.

This was an excellent course. It definitely gave me better incite to being an effective as well as efficient contract tracer. The examples were on point and I liked the short quizzes after each section. I Also enjoyed the breakdown of the definitions. I would highly recommend this course.

This course really gives insight into what contact tracing is and what the job will be once hired. It is not a catch all, as this is introductory and each community will have different needs but it really allowed me to have all the information before signing up to become a contact tracer.

The information used in this course was very knowledgable and allowed me to understand how diseases spread . Helps to avoid misinformation , gives support to community leaders, advocates . It also helps bridges the communication gap between healthcare and the communities they serve.

Though this was Covid-19 related information, this was a great refresh course from my previous work in HIV/AIDI. This course was easy and learner-friendly, especially for those that do not have infectious diseases. What I loved the most, is you can go through the course at your own pace.

I appreciate the efforts of Coursera for COVID 19 awareness and its prevention. I found this course easy, very informative, and understandable about COVID 19 clinical features, its diagnostic investigation, and its prevention, with very effective communication and counseling techniques.

I have learned a lot in understanding COVID19 and how to approach it. This course should be offered to all local government units for it provides a way to understand the virus wherein you do not panic but rather be proactive in assisting the infected and help those doing contact tracing.
