This was a very informative course. I learned so much important information. I am happy to have been given the opportunity to learn, so that i can provide assistance to "cases" and "contacts". This will help me to be of service to help monitor and assist those affected by COVID-19.

Very informative. Not only covers information about the disease and spread of it but also how to interact with people, which is a very important part of contact tracing. The format was pretty easy to follow. The written content was also audio so one could read along with the narrator.

I am very thankful for this training. Dr. Gurley is the best!! She gives you so much knowledge and the tools you need to implement for contact tracing, she made it easy to understand and follow. The videos and vignettes are very informative. Hands down, the best 6 hours of learning.

I really enjoyed the format, the examples and the way the training was offered. It made it so much easier to take in, digest the information presented by not being so long that you lost interest. Thank you for taking our attention span into consideration when formatting this course!

Very well explained. Was easy to grasp and understand the virus. Professor Gurley went through the course in detail and she did not rush through the course. The video was done well in explaining the virus and Professor Gurley articulated well and her voice was clear and well paced.

This is a very educational course that will help the user more closely understand the elements/aspects of COVID-19, from pre-symptoms through contact tracing work. Several components are useful outside of the contact tracing work as well and can be implemented in daily communications.

The course was very concise and easy to understand. The course work was excellent and the pretests were great. I only wish that my family would have not been bothering me while I was taking the test. I believe I would have not gotten any wrong. But I did do well and passed the course.

As a student aspiring to study medicine, this course gives a great insight into how medical staffs work to alleviate the pandemic. I also get to know more about the basics of communication between healthcare workers and people, and also the ethics in providing public health service.

A really useful course, even though this pandemic has been a year but most of us don't have the basics. Instead of blaming the system first, we need to learn the protocols behind it. Perhaps we can volunteer to be a part time contact tracer in our state of country. Thank you so much!
