Great course. I learned much about communicating with possible cases and contacts. The skills necessary to do the job of contact tracing are challenging. The video examples for this work are quite good. It made it much easier to understand the concepts.

I really enjoyed the pace of the course and knowledge quizzes after each course to reinforce what was discussed. I also enjoyed the videos of case and contact calls that demonstrated successful calls as it decreased my anxiety about how to conduct a call.

This class was very informative. It was taught in short, very clear segments each followed with a quiz. The sample videos were very helpful. Even if I'm not selected to be a contact tracer, I feel like this information was extremely useful to me. Thank you.

Well and clearly presented. Visuals were very helpful. My only complaint is the actors. They were very staged, stiff, distracting and at times, annoying. The concept of seeing exchanges is wonderful but the actors used could certainly be replaced by others.

A very thoughtful initiative undertaken by the University regarding the exposure to such an extending global contagion. A very rich course in terms of knowledge providing a deep understanding of contact tracing implementation and its universal practicality.

This course had alot of important information that educated me on my safety and the saftey of others. Also, this coursera is extremely helpful with resources on the importance of keeping the community protected by trying to get the outbreak under control.

Instructor is clear and presents the material effectively. Test at the end aggregates all of the section quizzes. I liked being able to complete via the app or website.

Only issue I've had is downloading my certificate. I haven't figured out the issue yet.

This course was very well thought through and very insightful. Thank you for putting this together with crisp, clear and easy to understand language. I do not believe that I have ever been engaged with listening to a relatively lengthy training before now.

This was a very interesting class. I learned a lot . Appreciate that it had video examples of contact tracing scenarios. I highly recommend taking notes and love this class. Everyone needs to take it to understand how to stop the spread .

The course is comprehensive yet structured properly so that its like an executive summary of everything important you need to know about Covid19 and contact tracing. It is clear and framed properly section by section and thus, do not overwhelm the student.

Excellent presentation. I would've liked to be able to print the slides in 8.5x11 size. When I printed the Notes section, the slides were very small, even when I enlarged the page. I liked knowing how long each segment was, so that I could plan my time.

Loved how easy it was to follow from the background on the coronavirus, to the examples included for conducting contact tracing. I also loved the inclusion of ethical considerations, and navigating tough situations one may encounter during contact tracing.

This course was very informative and taking it provided me with more personal awareness t and provided me with a better and clearer understanding about the virus and COVID-19 overall. I am able to provide effective contact tracing because of this course.

The course content was very clear. If we implement the contact racing protocol/strategies effectively, we can halt down the spread of COVID-19 in the community without violating patient confidentiality. Let's beat SARS-CoV-2 with our collaborative efforts.

This Course was very helpful in helping me understand the Contact Tracing requirements especially during this time. In addition to the contact tracing protocols it highlighted other skills I can use in my daily dealings with Elders in an aged care setting.

Very clear and concise information. The practice sessions really did enforce the material. At first I thought not, but realized it was an effective reinforcement tool. Very satisfied, although I took a couple of the exam questions as slightly misleading.

This course covered the basics very well. As an introduction, it is very good. The questions are too simple and dont push the learner very much to learn. However, in its online form it is limited to really testing whether a person is able to do tracing.

I believe the course is basic enough and have good resources for those who know little about public health/infectious diseases, and also brings a good level of information for people who have a better understanding of transmission and infectious diseases.
