I think it was a good course that covered the topics and did not try to turn people who do not need to be into epidemiologists and scientists but did give enough for non science and medical people do understand enough to do the job. Thank You Dr. Emily.

This Contact Tracing course has been an excellent resource in educating me on the Coronavirus transmission, as well as; allowing me to utilize my knowledge to obtain an employment opportunity necessary to help eradicate this disease within my community.

Very insightful and educational as well as informative to the virus we know as COVID 19. I am absolutely glad I took this course to better understand the pandemic and the procedures in place to prevent the spread of this virus to the world's population.

This was a very helpful course and it provided a lot of great information on COVID-19. I appreciated all of the videos as they helped illustrate many of the concepts associated with recognizing the disease and how to effectively perform contact tracing.

Wonderful course. Very clear and well paced. While I understand the use of multiple choice in the social context, it did not always work well for some answers that required more argumentative responses. However, this was not ultimately a major obstacle.

I suggest this course is done by any individual interested in helping to reduce transmission of infection. The language is simple and clear. It should not be restricted only to HCW . Ordinary but concerned citizens should be encouraged to do the course.

This course was good overview of the skills needed to interview successfully and to assist a Case or contact as needed, in order to bring about a good outcome for both. It also allowed each of the individuals to have a partner on the journey to wellness

This course is truly valuable in understanding how to be an efficient and effective Contact Tracer. The lessons learned in these modules certainly are helpful and will hopefully assist in the process of curtailing and/or eliminating infectious diseases.

I got a bit hung up on the nomenclature for things that are very obvious such as "paraphrasing" etc. Other than that, it is very straightforward and pretty obvious. Active listening and reflecting back emotion is key as well as documenting symptoms etc.

I found this course to be very well designed, concise and informative. Dr. Gurley's expertise created a course that was organized and able to meet a vast number of individuals in their quest to expand their knowledge around a complex and evolving topic.

It is one of the best course, this course provides me the knowledge of COVID-19 and how the contact tracking is one of the best features for stopping the pandemic.

Learnt about transmission, stopping, how to trace case and contact , isolation and quarantine, investigating, and more so how to deal with them (rapport building, active listening, embracing complexity and addressing people, process and context issues)

The training was comprehensive, clear and user friendly. I enjoyed the short videos followed by post tests. It facilitated retaining the learned information. Also, short videos prevented it from being overwhelming. It did not appear long and laborious.

It will be able to more faster or well known of COVID-19, and therefore we have the basic public health knowledge to provide global hygiene a positive and a correct action, can be a best foundational course to sanitation system staff in any government.

Very Good course i recommend it even if you weren't getting training for a career with it, Teaches you how to be very helpful with patients and customers, good communication skills, and teaches you more on how the Covid-19 Virus works and its processes
