I found this course to be very helpful. Many of the applications used in this work are familiar to me because they were also necessary in my former career as an escrow/officer/settlement agent. The terminology and protocols were very helpful for my understanding of the field.

Great course for anyone looking to learn more about contact tracing. I thought the instructor was clear in explaining things and very easy to understand. I also liked the quiz set up and it made it very easy to go back through a chapter and see which area i needed to grasp. :)

It was interesting! Since I try to keep up with the latest medical news, so much of it was not new information. I thought that the listening and communication section was great! For working with clients and day to day life experiences. Great use of time to take this offering!

She talks incredibly slow, so I put it on 1.25x speed and that was a lot better. Other than that the course was very clear and informative! 10/10 do recommend if you want to learn how to contact trace, or if you just want to learn more about the logistics of COVID19 in general.

Although covered quite a bit, was broken up in time slots that allowed for breaks or to complete while doing other task. Like the information related to speaking with cases and contacts as some lack in this area and it is very important to be successful in getting information.

The COVID-19 Contact Tracing training is one of the best training's I've taking in a long time. The facilitator is clear to understand and the material is well thought out and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this training to others in order to advance their career.
